‘A’ Class Hotel Apartments situated opposite the beach in Limassol consisting of large one bedroom self-catering apartments, with Free Internet, air conditioning & central heating. Within walking distance from all amenities. The hotel is located on a private complex in the centre of the Limassol seafront promenade and is a ten minute walk from the tourist area. In the surrounding area there are restaurants, beach bars, cafes, a cinema, a bowling alley, a supermarket and a Cypriot bakery. The A1 Highway is a one minute drive from the hotel. The international airports of Larnaca and Paphos are both within a 45-minute drive. All apartments have 65sq meter (700sq feet) covered area. Air-conditioning split units & central heating radiators are installed in every room. The open plan living room and kitchen have marble flooring throughout and offer Free broadband internet, TV with local channels and some Sky satellite channels. Bathrooms have a bath and shower and the large bedrooms have either king size double beds or two single beds, all have fitted floor to ceiling wardrobes each equipped with a safe box. Both Living room and bedroom open out onto a private balcony, most offer sea views whilst others overlook the swimming pool area and Bougainvillea filled gardens. The kitchens have ample cupboard space and are all fully equipped with sink, refrigerator, electric ceramic hobs, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery. There are communal washing machines on most floors, which can be used by all hotel guests free of charge, iron and ironing board is provided upon request. The Twin & Double Apartments have recently been revamped and furnished with new beds, sofas, HD LCD TVs and kitchen appliances. There is free Wi-Fi in public areas which reaches out to the garden area, as well as free wired internet access in all rooms. The candle-lit bar and garden at Vegas Hotel offers a relaxing environment in which to enjoy evening drinks, light snacks or a game of billiards. There is also free onsite parking.
