Solace Hotel is a new concept of hotel in Puerto Varas, in Southern Chile, close to Llanquihue Lake, in front of Osorno Volcano. Based on local TAX laws, Chilean citizens and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Chile must pay an additional TAX of 19%. Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 19% regardless of the length of their stay in Chile. Foreign travelers who pay in Chilean currency must pay TAX of 19%. The TAX free only applies paying in USD and staying less than 59 days
