Hotel Masseria Le Pajare is a small private Eco Hotel in the middle of the rich and extensive nature of lower Salento. The hotel is the perfect location for people enjoying relaxing holidays with good food. Closed by (about 4-5 km) you can find the white sandy beaches Torre San Giovanni, Lido Marini, Pescoluse ecc. The structure was built and set up, in close harmony with the rural surrounding and rocky landscape, around three large and ancient “Pajare”, which have been carefully renovated. These are the typical ancient rural buildings of the lower Salento, with barrel vaults made out of exposed carparo stone (a particular and prized stone composed of local hard tuff). From an urbanistic and architectural point of view, it was planned as an ancient “Masseria” (fortified farm). A very nice swimming pool with relaxing area (sunbeds and umbrellas) is surrounded by a huge Mediterranean garden with age-old olive groves, bananatrees, a variety of typical flowers and much more. Mountainbike rental and tenniscourt are directly located in the hotel structure. The restaurant (terrace with pool view) offers breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner. The restaurant serves typical food from the Salento region with a touch of creativity. All 29 rooms are elegantly furnished; the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning/heating, bathroom, hair dryer, satellite TV, telephone, minibar and safe. All rooms are located on the ground floor and have a terrace. Hotel Masseria Le Pajare is a certified Eco Hotel. Open year-round.
