The "Casa Olive", is situated at only 30 m from the lake and our Piazza Ascona Hotel & Restaurants. The House has an elevator and an entrance with a small garden. All 15 rooms and the minisuite are equipped with modern and contemporary furniture. The rooms have view over the historical alleways of the old town, the stone roofs and the mountains. Reception, Information and check in at the Piazza Ascona Hotel & Restaurants along the promenade only 30 meters away in front of the boat station. Room rates include: rich breakfast buffet, service and VAT. Local taxes will be charged separately, CHF 3.25 per person and Night. Pets are welcome, CHF 20.-per night (without food). Public parking house against payment, CHF 15.- per night. Tickets available at the hotel. Internet access free of charge.
