'Agriturismo Poggio di Sotto provides 9 rooms each with a private bathroom and shower, telephone, television and free ADSL connection, hairdryers, a toiletries set and towels. Each room differs in size with its own original features which enables you to have a quiet and comfortable stay. Two rooms have a small balcony overlooking the Mugello valley, which allows you to enjoy breakfast in your room or an evening aperitif during the hotter days of summer looking at beautiful tuscan landscape. Each room has the possibility of a double or twin beds and on request and if available it is possible to request extra beds or cots for families. Our restaurant 'Ristorante La Casa di Caccia' is a place where food lovers will find simple but typical dishes of our region and a reception that is characterized by professionalism and good taste. You can choose among the dishes offered by Mirella, homemade pasta, for example Tortelli di patate al ragù (stuffed pasta parcels with potato, and accompanied with meat sauce), Ravioli di scamorza al tartufo (stuffed pasta parcels with cheese and a truffle sauce), and typical tuscan specialities such as the Bistecca fiorentina (florentine T-bone steak), La Tagliata (sliced steak served in various ways) or a classical spit roast (to be ordered before hand). You can also enjoy dishes such as Cinghiale al Barolo (wild boar in barolo wine), Capriolo in crema (venison with cream), Anatra in salsa piccante ( duck with spicy sauce), Coniglio ripieno (stuffed rabbit) and many other delicious dishes.
