Our bed and breakfast guesthouse offers rooms with views of the Bavarian Forest, free Wi-Fi, free parking, a library and a children’s playground. It lies a 5-minute walk from the centre of Bayerisch Eisenstein and the train station. All our bedrooms have private shower and toilet, a TV, DVD player aand radio alarm clock, tea and coffee-making facilities and free mineral water. Most rooms feature a balcony. There is a guestlounge with open fire and great views for guests to relax and enjoy. The library area has English and German books and magazines, as well as travel guides and maps . A variety of games, toys and DVDs are also provided. A full breakfast buffet is served each morning in the breakfast room. It includes homemade jams, fresh bread and rolls, cereals, yoghurts, fresh fruit, a selection of cheeses and cold meats, fruit juices, teas, coffee and hot choclate. Bayerisch Eisenstein is surrounded by the cycling, hiking and ski trails of the Großer Arber Mountain (1454m), the Bayerischerwald Nationalpark (D) and the Sumava Nationalpark (CZ). There is a ski lift only 500m away. The Czech border is an 8-minute walk away. Please note: Smoking is NOT permitted anywhere in the house or grounds. Pets are NOT accepted.
