Kiara Residence is located on the very seaside of the Adriatic Sea, at one of the most picturesque beaches of Abruzzo, the so-called Golden Beach of Giulianova. Thanks to excellent beach quality characteristics, this beach of fine silky sand and clear sea water has been awarded the European Blue Flag mark. Giulianova, a gem of Abruzzo, is one of the most important marine resorts on the coast of the Teramo province, which is called The Blue Coast and has forty miles of beautiful wide sandy beaches. Contemporary building of the Kiara Residence overlooking the sea is located in the very south of the seaside town Giulianova, just a few steps away from the town centre and a quay with tourist port. Kiara Residence is open to visitors all year round. There are 24 apartments in the modern building of the residence, all equipped with contemporary facilities (air conditioning, phone, hairdryer, ADSL internet access, including Wi-Fi, LCD TV with satellite unit, safe box) and controlled entrance to the building with the help of entrance cards for complete safety of our guests. Kiara Residence offers to its guests an open swimming pool with Jacuzzi and a sunroof equipped with umbrellas and lounges, ideally suitable for refreshment on a hot summer day, repose and suntan. We have a perfectly equipped kindergarten room and playground for younger children. We also offer a private beach with an umbrella and two lounges per each apartment, bicycles for you and your children, secure underground parking, and laundry with 2 washing machines and 2 drying machines.We will be happy to provide you with an opportunity to try typical meals of the Abruzzo region in general and Teramo province in particular. There is a self-service restaurant, bar, pizzeria and coffee & ice cream shop on the ground floor of the residence. In the evening, you can enjoy karaoke parties, music played by our DJ, and our bartender will be happy to offer the best cocktails. You can take benefit of the room service and enjoy your dinner in the serene, cosy environment of your apartment. Upon customer request, Kiara Residence can organise airport transfer from/to Pescara, Ancona, and Rome airports. Business hours of reception: On business days: from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00 On the weekend: from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00 .
