Slenaker Vallei is a hotel restaurant situated in the centre of the pitoresque village of Slenaken, in the hills of South Limburg. The hotel is well known for the high standards of the food and beverage departments and the friendly staff. The hotel has a lobby wtih the reception desk, a lounge where coffee or the is served in the morning, at evening times the aperitifs and digistefs are served in the lounge before and after dinner. There is a Petit restaurant for breakfast (served in buffet style) and lunch with a seperate small menu. In front of the hotel is a (heated )terras where in summertime dinner is served. The kitchen use fresh products only and are of high quality. From march untill june 23th apserges are a main issue in the menu so is game for the period starting in oktober untill late february. Of course the dishes are accompanied with an excellent winemenu. Business hours of reception: On business days: from 07:30 to 22:00 On the weekend: from 07:30 to 23:00 .
