The Cattaro Hotel was founded on 13th of July 2006. which is also the Montenegro state day.Cattaro – Maximus complex is situated on the Kotor’s Old Town Maine Squere, a part of it is incorporated in City Walls, which makes it a very iportant historical structure. It has extraordinary view: on one side to the Kotor’s Bay and sea, and on the other to the Old City square, which is also famous for impresive number of manifestacions like carnevals and mediterannian nights. The hotel is situated in three different city buildings: Providur’s palace (who was a local authority in period of time when Venetians were in govern of this part of Adriatic cost, until 1806.), Town Guard and Napoleon’s Theatre (which was build in 1810). All three buildings are integrally saved and adapted for being used as a Hotel. The interior looks like you entered in 18th century buildings with portraits of old captains and admirals and pictures of old sail ships. With all luxury that you can imagine, such as big, nice rooms with plasma TV, computer, constant internet connection, rich mini bar, beautiful bathroom and all rooms with a look on the Kotor’s Maine Square, and more with three extra luxury suites. Also, the Hotel Cattaro has a Royal restaurant, casino and a conference hall for small and medium conference auditorium.
