The Harrington Inn is located on Fremont's West Side near the city center, restaurants, and businesses. The entire inn is smoke and pet free. It is approximately 60 minutes drive from Grand Rapids Gerald R Ford International Airport, 30 minutes from Muskegon County Airport, and approximately 3.5 hours from both Detroit and Chicago. Our large, quiet rooms are equipped with triple-sheet pillow-top king or queen beds, flat-panel 32" cable TV, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron,comfortable in-room seating and tubs with showers. Along with free high-speed internet, all rooms have phones from which we provide free local and national calling. Rooms have individual heating and air conditioning controls. We have free parking and the lobby is available 24/7. Breakfast is served from 6AM to 10AM. Fresh-baked cookies are available in the afternoon. Fruit is available all day in our very nice lobby. A business center is furnished with a computer,printer and copier. All rooms are accessed by an inside hallways at ground level. Fitness Center and,in the summer,a heated pool are available for our guests. In-room massage therapy may be arranged. The hotel was purchased by local investors in July 2010 and since has been extensively renovated. The pool area, front desk and all hallways are monitored by security cameras. Room doors have the finest in security locks. Michigan Adventure Amusement Park is 25 minutes driving distance; Meijer Gardens - 50 minutes; Lake Michigan - 25 minutes; 5 golf courses within 15 minutes drive. Gerber Memorial Hospital, Nestle'Gerber, and Dura are all within 5 minutes. We are within walking distance of the theatre, the $10 million Tamarac Fitness center (free use included with stay) and a short drive from the state-of-the-art Dogwood Performing Arts Center. Our Hospitality Room will seat up to 45 individuals and off-site catering is available. Rooms vary from Deluxe Single Queen to Deluxe Jacuzzi/Fireplace State Rooms, some with adjoing rooms.
