The Tenuta della Guardia, Agriturismo - Residence, is located in Gavi, in a region rich in art and history, pristine parks, medieval castles and an exceptional wine production. The facility provides a free wi-fi internet access. In about ten minutes driving you can get from the green hills of Piedmont to the exceptional shopping center Serravalle Outlet. The connection to the motorway A/7 is less than ten km, exit Serravalle Scrivia (Milano-Genova) or exit Novi Ligure. In just half an hour you can reach the beautiful seaside town of Genova with international airport and tourist port. About an hour away from Milan and Turin. Surrounded by 130.000 smq of gardens, meadows and woods. The completely rinnovated farmhouse provides double room, Junior Suite with balcony and apartments with terrace, each with views of Gavi's hills. The large and brigth apartments provide fully equipped furniture kitchen, washing machine and linen. The restaurant Marima, belonging to the estabilishment, offers traditional and typical cuisine. From here you can explore the natural beauty of the area (Parco delle Capanne di Marcarolo – Laghi della Lavagnina – Sorgenti del Gorzente), visit historic towns or you can visit wine cellars of Gavi. Shopping lovers can discover the Outlet Serravalle, the most beautiful and largest in Europe. We would like to inform you, that the check-in is available until 20.00 pm. Please note, that just for special needs and by previously agreeing it will be possible to arrive till 21 pm.
