Residence Opera “Beato G. Nascimbeni” is a large property with rooms stretching over 5 floors, four of which are accessible via a central lift, with a separate out house all within a green open park. The Residence has 55 rooms in total with a maximum capacity for 148 guests, a number of which have a balcony. The rooms are warm, comfortable, wide and bright and are all en-suite, complete with WC and bathroom and all rooms are equipped with central heating and air-conditioning units. Bright, open spaces and an ample play area are perfect for children. Here they can find new friends and enjoy new and exciting experiences in an outdoor context. A tree-lined street leads directly to a long sandy beach. Here, in the summertime, between crystal waters and golden sand one finds the perfect location for sunbathing relaxing and for tranquil strolls through this most picturesque of seaside locations. During winter, the Residence is ideal for those seeking spitituality and meditation time and it is perfect for those searching for a quiet location in which to organize discussions and group retreats. The restaurant offers wonderful venetian cuisine and the kitchen staff are renowned for preparing freshly-made typical local plates made with local products, prepared in a traditional home-made style.
