Surrounded by the Daintree Rainforest National Park, this environmentally-friendly boutique retreat is an excellent base for exploring the unique Daintree where two world heritage areas meet. Our spacious rooms have ceiling fans, cable TV (Foxtel), peaceful rainforest views, and cater for one to 6 people. Some rooms have kitchenettes and they all have tea/ coffee making and fridges. We offer a full breakfast menu. For our evening meals we try and source local ingredients to give our guests an exciting dining experience served in the outdoor covered dining area. A limited room service menu is also available. Our secluded pool hidden away in a palm grove is the perfect way to relax after a busy day discovering the magic that is the Daintree. Once you cross the Daintree River you enter an amazing world and our tour desk can help you plan your days and activities. There is a bitumen road all the way to Cape Tribulation so a 4wd is not necessary. We try to harvest most of our energy from the sun but we have a back-up generator so electricity is up and running 24/7. Limited Wifi is available. Daintree Rainforest Retreat is within 15 minutes' drive of local shops and restaurants. It is a 25-minute drive from Cape Tribulation's town centre. Port Douglas is a 45-minute drive away.
