Masseria Bandino is located in one of Salento’s beautiful small towns, Otranto, in the province of Lecce. Otranto is Italy’s most eastern town with a perfect balance of history, culture, nature and the sea .The hotel is the result of a skillful renovation in 2003 of a rural building dating back to the 1700’s.It lies in the shelter of it’s own extensive pine forest and is set in one of Otranto’s most scenic valley landscapes. In the ancient part of the farmhouse one finds the hall, the bar and the restaurant with its restored fireplaces. We offer half board (breakfast and dinner) or bed and breakfast.Around internal courtyard there are 20 rooms all tastefully decorated with private bathrooms, independent air conditioning (hot and cold functions), satellite TV, mini bar and telephone. For our guests’ use there is a swimming pool located between the olive trees at the foot of a lush green hill, the ideal setting for a relaxing and rejuvenating reunion with nature. In addition to this, our guests have the opportunity to rent bycicles, to make horse trail, to go on boat excursions and to do in scuba diving activities.For the connoisseurs, we organize cultural, naturalistic, food and wine excursions, where our guests have the possibility to taste wine, olive oil and other typical products of our area.
