Evocative country house stretching on a gentle hill looking out to some beautiful Umbrian villages and enjoying a stunning view of Assisi. Behind the House, the area of Perugia looking towards Gubbio’s countryside, can be admired. Centuries old lime trees flank the beautiful path leading to the Country House and also accompany the guest, who can take a glimpse of the Madonna di Campagna’s church, which rests on the ancient route of Assisi – Collestrada. Fully set in the Umbrian historical and artistic landscape, the House is easily reachable from all directions. An excellent solution for those of you who want to visit and rest in Umbria while enjoy real comfort, the House offers 10 apartments, a relax area with swimming pool, a Breakfast Room and a Multifunction Room. Between the two swimming pools the sound of the small waterfall is another element to help you to relax while admiring the view of Assisi. A high standard of quality has been the choice in the realization of the different types of the apartments, giving priority to comfort and total privacy for the benefit of our guests. All accommodations have their own private entrance. The interior designs have been chosen to privilege a rural style, the kitchen areas are stone built, the stylish fabrics and textiles help to recreate an atmosphere recalling past times, centuries old. All apartments benefit from all the comforts, they are independent for electricity, water, a comfortable bathroom with a window which open to the outside, hairdryers. “Cotto” tiles add to the comfort, shower box or whirlpool baths, satellite TV, video surveillance of the public areas. All apartments include in the daytime zone the stone built kitchen area with a cooking worktop, fridge, electric oven (microwave oven upon request), satellite colour TV, telephone, internet. Most of the apartments are named after those Italian Renaissance artists which were often inspired in their artistic masterpieces by the Umbrian landscapes.
