Priory Bay is the Isle of Wight’s leading country house hotel. Oliver’s foraging culture is shown throughout his menus creating dishes from seasonal ingredients foraged from the Priory estate, woodlands, beach and sea as well as the produce of Isle of Wight farms, growers and fishermen. Set within a 70 acre estate, this elegant country retreat has tennis courts and a 6-hole golf course. The private beach can be reached via landscaped gardens and a winding path through the woodlands. The property also has its own helipad.
