Guests have the use of private parking areas, sports plants including swimming pool with its own hydro-massage area, children's play area and solarium equipped with sun-beds and beach umbrellas, a polyvalent court for tennis, volley ball and 5-a-team football, bowls and a relaxation area. Ideal for couples and families, the Residence offers guests a way to escape daily stress in a charming environment that has preserved all its natural rhythm. The structure's strategic position, in the heart of the Maremma, permits you to reach several famous tourist areas really fast: like the Saturnia baths, historical towns like Siena and Florence, small medieval towns lick San Gimignano, Montepulciano, Montalcino, Pienza; or just spend a day at the sea along the Argentario coast. Apartments, divided into three types, with two beds (type A), four beds (type B) and six beds (type C), are completely independent with a cooking corner equipped with all utensils needed; bed and bath linen and end-of-stay cleaning service are supplied. The complex also offers a 4 bed (type D), two floor cottage buried in the park in a privileged position, with a private garden.
