The Residence in the centre of Sanremo offers apartments for holiday flats, apartments equipped with every comfort and offers a reception open from 8.00 am to 19:30, the presence of a porter from 6:00 to 24:00 and assistance in case of problems or late arrivals also from 0:00 to 6:00 by the night porter. The apartments have a sleeping area with double bed - living room with sofa bed, kitchen area monoblock and provided with all necessary utensils, fridge freezer, electric cookers, telephone, fire detection system, free high-speed WIFI internet connection, TV with satellite and digital terrestrial TV , dvx and dvd player, safe, air conditioning (on request with supplement cost) and optional cot and high chair for children free. The price of the apartment includes daily cleaning service and change every two days of towels and kitchen towels supplied by us. Our solarium on the 4 th floor, equipped with umbrellas, chairs and tables, offers a wonderful sea views and is an ideal spot for those who want to enjoy moments of absolute relaxation and benessere.Splendid overlooking the beach and the sea at San Remo to Cape green. The playing area of the residence is equipped with antitrauma floor with facilities suitable for children under 6 years accompanied by parents. Agreement with establishment "Bagni Lido", in front of the Residence with discount and free entrance. All apartments have fully equipped kitchens. The residence does not provide the catering and bar ( no breakfast service ). There are a lot of restaurants and pizzerias located within 100 meters far from the residence and one supermarket.
