The Hotel, with only ten rooms, is an aristocratic building datin from the XVIII century now carefully refurbished whose serene location could, in tourist term, be described as strategic. The Hotel rooms enjoy a breathtaking unforgettable view. All have a sea-facing terrace, are furnished in a simple and elegant manner, have an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, heating, direct dial phone, fridge-bar, sat-tv, safety deposit box .. in one's own name. Here we have : Punta Pizzaco, Punta Solchiaro, Vivara....! Tha Casa sul Mare has a small but panoramic hall, and elegant bar, a terrace, a surprising exquisite original feature composed as a sort of unexpected hanging garden where one's gaze remains entreced by the exquisite panorama. The tax of stay is payaed on the ticket of ferry/hydrofoil.
