The Torre Don Virgilio Resort is a historic 17th century residence surrounded by the beautiful countryside of Modica. Found in a fortified farm, it is a typical example of rural architecture characterised by history, nature, elegance and good taste. The resort has 18 luxurious guest rooms and suites equipped with every comfort and enriched by spacious terraces. The wide range of facilities includes a bar, a restaurant, an outdoor swimming pool and a modern meeting room. Guests can take advantage of the reading room, an elegant place to relax and unwind with a book while listening to music or use the internet (free WiFi access is available throughout the resort). The resort is located just a few kilometres from the Baroque city of Modica and is a perfect base from which to reach the coast and the numerous attractions in the area. Located in the old hayloft of the building, the restaurant has a fascinating and charming atmosphere and can comfortably accommodate up to 180 people. The adjoining rooms can be separated according to the needs of the guests. Banquets and receptions can also be accommodated. The resort has a meeting room that can comfortably accommodate up to 80 people equipped with state of the art technology perfect for hosting conferences, business meetings, small conventions or presentations.
