Hotel Uhland in Windhoek is located close to the city centre (15 minutes walking distance) but lies in a quiet area. The rooms are available in two categories: standard rooms with ceiling fan, minibar, kettle for water and tea, tv with one movie channel. The superior rooms also do have air conditioning, tv with 9 channels and some with balcony. All rooms do have en-suite bathrooms with shower/WC and for families rooms with connecting doors are available. The breakfast buffet of Hotel Uhland is known for the fresh fruit salad, variety of cereals, yoghurt, cheese- and cold-cut-platters, bread and rolls and of course freshly prepared egg dishes. Relax at the pool with a cool drink from the lapa bar or read through the books and guide books at the little bibliothek. There is also a separate computer for internet available or you can use the wireless LAN free of charge with your own laptop. We offer safe parking in our yard and on request we organize transfers from and to the airport.
