During the morning I’ll accompany you at the Archaelogical park of Selinunte and there, if you want, we will continue our peripatetic walk guided by a Cicero who will enchant you with his tales. Take a swim-suit with you, because the Selinunte’s beach is very very near to us! I’ll prepare for you all the Sicilian dishes with all their strong flavours and smells. In your free time, I’ll teach you to prepare the typical Caponata with aubergines, the Pasta with sardinas, The lamb “a lu ‘nsiru”, the Watermellon Jelly, and the Cassatelles with Ricotta Cheese. Here you can enjoy the silence of the country and organize your tour in western Sicily. I’m waiting for you!
