Each year, the fields of the San Lorenzo farm experiment with new types of seeds for the protection and preservation of local agricultural heritage. These fields are in an advanced stage of the creation of a biomass, which will produce electrical energy through the anaerobic fermentation of agricultural products grown in the fields. This is another example of the work done on the farm toward the maintenance of natural cycles that are essential in preserving the bio-system.
