Business hours of reception: from 08:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. The Hostellerie du Passeuris is located in the heart of Perigord Noir, in the village of Les Eyzies-de-Tayac known as the world capital of prehistory and is famous for the National Museum of Prehistory. Our hotel is situated in lovely countryside surroundings. This old ivy-covered house with white shutters is a family-run hotel right by the river. We have 19 spacious and well-appointed rooms, which have a private bathroom with separate toilet, bathtub or shower, hair dryer, air-conditioning, safe, direct-dial phone, TV and iron with ironing board. They are all non-smoking rooms. Our chef and his son serve gourmet cuisine based on local products. Their speciality is the Foie Gras. You can also purchase some of the home made food products at the hotel’s shop. During the low season, the restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays for lunch. Around the village, you will find numerous caves and castles. For outdoorsy guests, numerous open-air activities like walking, mountain biking, river bathing, canoeing, horse riding, tennis and golf are available close to the hotel.
