The Chinese specialty restaurant Bamboo is altogether a more formal affair finished in arresting pale green color which contrasts with the white marble and the horizontally clad oak columns. The Chinese influence is reflected in the minimal eastern motifs picked out in the mirrored wall paneling, silk and leather upholstery. The four glazed doors on the façade side open out into terraces where diners can sit or retire to the garden. The authenticity of the Chinese experience is also reflected in the menu highly dominated by various dishes from the Sichuan region of China, apart from a lot of Cantonese specialties that are featured in the various sections.
