Hotel Hirschen has been in the hands of the current family since 1870 and is now run by the fourth generation. The establishment lies in the delightful community of Grindelwald in the Bernese Oberland. Whether skier or hiker – you will enjoy the unique mountain backdrop with the quadriga of the Wetterhorn, Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau mountains. The rooms are both comfortable and elegant. They are stylishly furnished with oak pieces, lovingly adorned with painted farming motifs. All rooms come with, amongst other things, a bathroom with a shower or bathtub, hairdryer, safe, telephone and a TV set to assure guests are not left wanting for entertainment. On the ground floor you will find our restaurant with its homely atmosphere. Enjoy the best of our traditional cuisine in elegant surroundings. Our breakfast room, with its adjacent hotel bar, is located on the first floor. Every morning you will be welcomed here with an ample breakfast buffet.
