The Hotel San Lino, situated within the medieval walls of Volterra, was entirely housed in a former nunnery whose construction dates back to 1480. Transformed into a Hotel in 1982, maintains a certain mystic atmosphere of the original structure thanks to renovations which have helped to enhance its historic charm while bringing every comfort. The rooms overlook Via San Lino allow you to enjoy the view of one of the most picturesque medieval streets, which has become a must for the passage of processions for local historical and famous group of flag-waving of Volterra. The rooms that face the internal instead the opportunity to enjoy the view of the garden, dominated by the blue of the pool and the multi colored rose window of the tiny church of San Lino.
