Bow-windows and forged iron balconies enhance this fine Second Empire villa, located in a quiet, residential area of Saint-Malo. Its rooms open onto the sea and Rochebonne beach enhancing its already considerable charm. Fully refurbished, its new owners have successfully restored the feel of a traditional mansion. The furniture, designed in the purest local tradition, with natural colours and acajou, blends perfectly with the architecture of this building. Take advantage of the terraces on the sea and garden side or take a seat in the lounge bar and listen to the piano melodies. Our rooms are cosy and relaxing, in keeping with the spirit of St. Malo. Inspired by the sea, you will find touches of mahogany, gentle shades and simple décor based on the maritime theme. Each room provides a telephone, TV, internet access, safe and a hair dryer. The light and fully-equipped bathrooms are perfect for relaxing. All rooms are non-smoking and can be reached by lift. Breakfast is served from 08:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. either in the rooms or in the dining room offering a rich and appetising buffet. Our lounge features the same cosy ambience like the villas of days gone by. Thanks to its wide windows, facing the sea, our lounge is a haven of warmth and peace. Our bar is open all day and excellent drinks are served in the lounge and on the garden terraces with sea view. Take advantage of our hotel´s facilities to organise your business events! Our lounge can hold 15 people and features a telephone, flip chart, screen, overhead projector, internet access and of course sea view. The visitor’s tax amounts to € 1,50 per person and per night and is separately calculated. Business hours of reception: Every day: from 00:00 to 00:00 .
