Your Dream Location Between Umbria and Tuscany Just 300 meters from the center of Città della Pieve and few kilometers from Lake Trasimeno (3 rd in surface in Italy), the hotel is an ancient noble residence of XVIII century; restored, it is now a  Resort & Wellness Spa nestled in 3 acres of park that blends with the beautiful landscape that inspired Leonardo da Vinci and Pietro Perugino.
