The Hotel zur Eich is located in the heart of the Bergisches Land region. The trade fair cities of Cologne and Düsseldorf as well as the Ruhr Area are easily accessible via the A1 motorway. The hotel is located near the B51 highway and is over 200 years old. The building has a number of add-ons. After several restorations it now provides contemporary standards but has also kept its typical flair. Our hotel’s history: Since the 4th November 1831 the hotel "Zur Eich" has been in possession of family Jörgens. After more than 180 years of ownership, today it is run by the fifth generation. In the course of the years it has been modernized, rebuilding old parts and adding new ones. Hotel: We have got 34 comfortably equipped single and double bed rooms with shower/toilet, telephone and Sat-TV. Furthermore, the rooms are all situated in a quiet location. It is possible to have an internet wireless-lan access via German Hotspot (free of charge) or T-Com Hotspot. Restaurant: Our cosy hotel restaurant is well- known far beyond the bounds of the “Bergische Land”. It is a great pleasure for us to offer you regional specialities corresponding the seasons. Our beer garden situated under old trees providing shade is the best place in summer to relax after work and to let the evening finish. Arrangements: If you plan any kind of festivities with 10 to 120 people, we may propose menus and buffets. Furthermore, it is a pleasure for us to help you with all the other details (decorations, music programme, choice of food & drinks) so that your party will be an extraordinary and unique event for you.
