Just outside Brescia, it was originally a private villa and was home to the aristocratic families of Brescia. Completely renovated, today it is one of the most prestigious hotels and congress centres in Northern Italy and offers guests a unique opportunity to stay among history, art and culture. The property is characterised by its elegant exterior. The bright and airy interior boasts white stone walls, beige marble floors, long and spacious corridors and high ceilings. The 86 bedrooms and junior suites complete the luxurious ambience of the hotel with 18th century style furniture, gold soft furnishings, elegant chandeliers, parquet floors and marble bathrooms. Original frescoes on the ceilings in the public areas and the meeting room remind guests of the history of the hotel and contribute to the feeling of luxury. The breakfast room and several small banqueting rooms, which are located on the ground floor, are elegantly furnished. The restaurant Hostaria 1735 offers an impressive menu of regional and international dishes. A lounge with a magnificent fireplace and a bar are also available for guests. The reception and public areas of the hotel can be found in the central section of the property. One of the wings has bedrooms on the top floor and 8 meeting or banqueting rooms on the first floor with access to a very large terrace. The other wing hosts the congress centre with 2 large auditoriums on the ground floor and bedrooms on the upper 2 floors with access to the other large terrace. The hotel offers only double rooms.
