The former blacksmith's shop, today's Restaurant Schmitte, spoils you with the finest culinary pleasures. In our cosy Gaststübli, we serve Chinese Fondue and specialities of our regional cuisine. In the evenings, you may enjoy your favourite drink at the hotel bar. Starting in the village, you take the First cableway 6-seat gondola to the First region. The cog railway gets you to Kleine Scheidegg mountain pass and to Jungfraujoch col. In the valley of Grindelwald Grund, the longest cable car in Europe will bring you to the skiing and hiking area of Männlichen mountain.
