In 2006 we built the really spectacular Rica Talk Hotel integrated with Stockholm International Fairs exhibition, trade fair and congress facility, which has won several awards for its exciting design. The hotel’s location offers excellent traffic connections including a 9-minute commuter train ride from Stockholm Central Station (take the Södertälje/Nynäshamn train) to Älvsjö Station, with 4 to 8 trains per hour. There are 248 rooms and 4 suites with panoramic view, a conference facility with its own lounge, a penthouse on the 19th floor for exclusive conferences, a restaurant, lobby bar, gym and sauna just south of Stockholm city centre. The standard single rooms are contemporary, well-designed and spacious, decorated in eye-catching colours with 90 cm wide single bed, a comfortable armchair and practical work space. The bathrooms feature contemporary design with a shower or bathtub. All rooms have a refrigerator, ironing facilities and spacious wardrobes. The standard twin rooms feature 90 cm wide twin beds and the same facilities like the standard single rooms. All our guests have access to free WLAN internet connection. The hotel has a number of parking spaces in a secure car park. All visitors can use the Stockholm International Fairs’ parking facilities (not patrolled). Charges apply to both.
