The enchanting view to the bay of Naxos, to the Etna volcano and to the entire Ionian south coast is only one of the numerous experiences offered by the Villa Schuler. This Hotel is directly located at the panoramic road “Via Roma” and enjoys a quiet hillside situation. The villa was built at the end of the 19th century and was converted into a hotel in 1905. For four generations now, the villa has been family property. The hotel was entirely restored taking into account environmental aspects. It is a traditional building and maintains the charm and the cosiness of past decades. The Greek theatre, the cable car and the bus station are only a ten minutes walk away. The well-known park and the tennis club are in 150 m distance. The famous pedestrian precinct of Taormina the “Corso Umberto” is in only 2 minutes walking distance and can be reached by walking through a number of picturesque alleys. Our hotel has a spacious terrace with palm trees where breakfast is served. There is also a shaded garden with a size of 1.500 m² where subtropical plants grow and where you can find number of benches. In addition, our hotel has a reception hall, a panoramic lift, a bar, a breakfast lounge (non-smoker), a lounge with satellite TV, a piano and a little library. On the terrace there is also a pavilion and on the 3rd floor you will find a winter garden. Among the number of facilities you will also find an internet corner with free of charge internet access, a laundry service, parking areas and garages. The room service is available around the clock and the bar is also open 24 hours. A copious and varied breakfast is served in the á la carte restaurant, on the panoramic terrace, in the pav ilion or in your room. We provide also a shuttle service form our hotel to the beach. Our 21 rooms, 5 suites and the garden villa suite have a nice furnishing and include tub or shower, toilet, hair-dryer, individually controlled air condition, double glazing, direct dial phone, safe, radio, satellite TV and a view to the sea , the Etna or to the garden.
