Business hours of reception: 24 hours Galo Resort Hotel Galomar is situated directly at the coast and right above our own bathing bay. Although we are only 12 minutes transfer time away from the airport and 15 minutes from the capital city Funchal, our hotel is located in a quiet but central area. Directly next to the hotel there is a supermarket. Our 41 double rooms and 5 single rooms almost all provide sea view and balcony in a pleasant and personal atmosphere. The rooms are rustically equipped with bath tub, shower, toilet, hair dryer, telephone, satellite TV (German programmes and radio) and safe. We offer breakfast and dinner, various leisure activities, wellness, a travelling companion and an internet station in the Galo Resort Sport Hotel Galosol next door. Our own diving base is conveniently reachable by elevator and in the last 3 years, it was voted as most popular diving base of the Atlantic Ocean.
