Indulge your taste buds with excellent creative cuisine in our restaurant, on our terrace, in our beer garden or in our bar. We serve light, sophisticated specialties of the region. The hotel is located in one of the most beautiful valleys of the Harz region, in the romantic Ilse valley. Heinrich Heine took his inspiration from this beautiful and charming valley already. A wonderful, untouched natural paradise awaits you with countless hiking tracks. You can hike to many beautiful locations, i.e. the Ilse falls right from the hotel. The hotel is in a very quiet location with no through-traffic, in immediate proximity to the national park Harz, surrounded by old beech trees. The city of Ilsenburg is very pretty with its many half timbered houses. It looks back on more than 1000 years of history. The Benedictine monastery which is as old as the city is a good place to stroll around or rest.
