Sugar Luxury City Hotel + Spa in Cape Town is a luxurious, private and spacious hotel conveniently situated near the V&A Waterfront, the World Cup Cape Town Stadium, the Cape Quarter Lifestyle Centre, popular Cape beaches and local hotspots. The hotel is now under the Ownership of Riaan Vermaak and Marc van Rooyen (a Cordon Bleu Chef who runs inhouse restaurant Marc's Table) as of May 2010.The hotel underwent some extensive interior renovations to give a completely new look between April and September 2011. To ensure total comfort and complete convenience, each of our 7 en-suite luxury rooms are carpeted and equipped with air-conditioning, 32-inch LCD flat panel TVs, satellite TV, a completely silent glass-front minibar fridge, a safe, a tea and coffee station, built-in international plugs, hair-dryers, telephones as well as wireless internet. Rooms' sliding doors are now double glazed to minimise noise from outside to ensure a peaceful sleep for Guests. General amenities at the hotel include a well-stocked bar, a restaurant that, besides breakfast, serves light lunches and dinners, a swimming pool, wireless internet access throughout the hotel at no cost, double-glazed windows to minimize outside noise and an on-site secure parking area.
