Our hotel and restaurant is the only centrally located building in the small town of Gadebusch, which is between the regional capital of Schwerin and the Hanesatic cities of Wismar and Lübeck with its various cultural sights. Because of the beautiful and intact nature the biosphere reserve Schaalsee and the surrounding lakes are always worth a visit. The Hotel “Zum Schwedenkönig” offers its guests one three-bedded suite, seven double rooms and 4 single rooms, which are all lovingly arranged. Professional service and traditional as well as international cuisine – including Mediterranean, Polish and Swedish specialties - will await you in our restaurant. Enjoy also fine fish dishes of trout, fingerling, eel and sturgeon. The restaurant has adjacent rooms, such as the “Schweden” room or the “alte Backstube” providing the perfect settings for wedding celebrations, birthday parties, jubilees or other kinds of festivities.
