We look forward to welcome you at the Hotel Askania. Our family-run hotel is in a nice area of town Braunlage and is a historical monument. The hotel was built in 1906 and has remained thanks to the efforts of all the owners carefully got perfectly to this day. Located in the city center, the ski lift is there only 100 meters from the hotel door. Near the hotel you will find many offers for ski rental and a ski school. Only 50 meters from our hotel there is an ice palace, where you have the opportunity to run with the whole family and even going to a skating ice disco. In the immediate vicinity of the hotel there is also a pool with various spa and wellness facilities and treatments. In the town center there is a beautiful park with rare plants, a mountain lake with wild ducks and a fountain. The park contains a concert hall, a restaurant, a cafe, a winter garden and a museum where you can learn more about the history of our city. In the concert hall can visit both concerts by local troops and visiting artists. Our city is a globally recognized and popular health resort and winter sports in the winter. In the summer, we also do not get bored - just opposite the hotel there is a mini-golf course, which thrilled both adults and children. Other attractions of the city include the building of the old school and the old town hall, but mainly the Harz National Park, with its spruce, beech forests and rare species.
