The traditional building since 1574, quietly and centrally situated inside the pedestrian precinct, connects the atmosphere of former times with comfort and demand of modern times. The Hotel and Restaurant Adler with 27 hotel rooms is a traditional building and is situated in the heart of Oberstaufen. All of the rooms feature bath/WC or shower/WC, radio, TV, minibar, and safe. In our three well and comfortably furnished restaurants you can enjoy regional food, but also light meals, new German cuisine, vegetarian food, differentiate diet, whole meal food and diet food. We offer the original Schrothkur (Johann Schroth) with all kinds of use for cure and free choice of doctor.
