The beach, Promenade des Anglais, the Old Town as well as the largest shopping street are only a 7 minutes tram ride away. All public transport facilities are at walking distance. Our German-French hotel offers 55 rooms and 1 suite with a private roof terrace garden, all allocated in the main house. The adjoining building furthermore provides 10 apartments. All rooms are conveniently, individually decorated and feature the standard appointments. Every room has a private bathroom with toilet, satellite TV with international channels and telephone. Every apartment also provides air-conditoning, fully equipped kitchenette and dining corner. Electricity costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included in the price. A cold breakfast buffet is served every morning from 6.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. We are a non-smoking hotel and also offer free internet access. Restaurants, bars and entertainment facilities are only a few minutes away as well as the city centre. A visitor´s tax is charged at the hotel per day and person.
