Winner of the RIAI best commercial building 2005 and the OPUS architecture award 2005, Architect Arthur Gibney has designed a building which echoes the success of its predecessor, the main IMI headquarters. Easily accessible by the M50 and LUAS and providing ample free carparking, the IMI provides a tranquil setting for a large spectrum of events. Just a stone throw from the new Dundrum town centre and nestled on the foothills of Co Wicklow, the Garden of Ireland, the IMI is ideally located for off site events. We also provide stylish executive accommodation on site at competitive rates. Our professional and friendly conference staff will take care of every aspect of your event on site and will provide logistic consultation leading up to the big day from technology and décor to timings and registration. 50 executive style ensuite bedrooms are fully equipped with tea/coffee making facilities, ADSL lines, separate work desk, direct dial telephone and remote control television. The residence also offers complimentary use of our fitness room, car parking and continental breakfast. The IMI Residence is a non-smoking building. Our largest conference room with versatile seating has a capacity for up to 300 delegates and comprises up to the minute technical equipment to effortlessly run seamless events.
