Since the 13th century, hotel La Vecchia Cartiera used to be a manufacturing factory for high-quality paper. The ancient property situated in the town centre of Colle di Val d'Elsa has undergone an extensive renovation and was turned into a cosy hotel. The facade characterised by the harmonious arched windows is still reminiscent of the factory’s architecture from that time. The hotel offers 38 functionally designed single and double rooms which come with a bathroom, an individually controlled air-conditioning, mini bar and a direct dial telephone.
