The style of the hotel mirrors the development of Maltese architecture throughout the ages. Stylish and spacious rooms, elegantly furnished in warm Mediterranean colours, invite you to feel at home instantly. Friendly and helpful staff is always happy to assist the guests in a professional manner, creating an atmosphere of comfort with a Mediterranean touch. The “Maritim Antonine & Spa”, in the north of the island, is situated on the terraced hillsides of the village of Mellieha. The view stretches across the green fields in the valley to the sandy bay of Mellieha and the deep blue sea of the Mediterranean beyond. The airport is approximately 25 km away from the hotel.During the 30 minute journey to the capital Valletta and the tourist towns St. Julians and Sliema (approx. 20 km) visitors will get wonderful impressions of to the splendour and beauty of this island. The 170 elegant rooms, decorated in warm colours are equipped with bathrooms including bath tub and/or shower and WC and hair dryer, telephone, air conditioning/heating (depending on the season), mini bar, SAT-TV and safe (free of charge). Most of our comfort rooms have balconies. Rooms with village view or garden view and/or (side) sea view are subject to a supplement. We also offer coffee/tea making facilities (replenishing of coffee & tea daily at no charge). The main restaurant on the ground floor has a splendid view of the garden and the pool. The furniture and interior design follow the traditional Maltese style of soft natural colours and stone. A large glass window faces the garden providing plenty of natural light. Breakfast and dinner (buffet) are served here daily. Beside our main restaurant Les Jardins, we provide 2 à-la-carte restaurants, the Al Ponte bistro and pizzeria and our famous gourmet restaurant The Arches.
