The Akzent Hotel Goldner Stern is a traditional hotel in the region of “knights, fortresses and villages”. The Franconian Switzerland in Upper Franconia/Bavaria is one of the most popular holiday destinations in Germany. Despite a long tradition we offer modern amenities. All our hotel rooms offer shower, toilet, TV and phone. The rooms differ in size and equipment. Our cosy restaurant is not only open to our guests but also for hikers who want to conclude a tour to the Franconian Switzerland with a delicious meal. By the way, we were awarded a prize for a “hiker-friendly” inn by the Bavarian Hotel and Inn Association. The use of the sauna, the solarium and the whirlpool is free for our guests. Opening hours depend on previous request! Franconia is a paradise for all those interested in culture, hiking, climbing, flying (delta-flying, soaring, flying with a small prop airliner), biking, fossils collection etc. Discover fortresses, caves and a beautiful natural environment.
