Our hotel "KATHARINA" is located in the historic old part of the town Sangerhausen. It was build in 1993. With the comfortable family-atmosphere and the rustic flair of our restaurant "Rosenkeller" we will make your stay as pleasant and recreational as possible. The hotel is located in a quiet area and has room for 24 persons in 5 single rooms, 3 twin rooms, 6 double rooms and 1 spacious apartment. All the rooms are equipped with shower/toilet, colour TV, telephone with fax connection and clock radio. Some rooms have a balcony that faces to the courtyard. The parking lot of the hotel is in the yard. Out of the apartment in the loft of the hotel and which is equipped with a large bath room, a kitchen and a balcony, you have a wonderful view over the roofs of the old part of Sangerhausen. Start of your day with a good breakfast from our extensive buffet. Our restaurant furnished in a rural way has seats for 28 persons. We serve home cooking meals. As a speciality we serve meals from the - "Eat from hot stone" - a delicacy. Our seminar and party room can be used for training course / seminars and parties up to 30 persons. The room has a modern ventilation providing pleasant air, sonorization technology, shutters to darken the room. Sangerhausens's convinient traffic connections are a big advantage for our guests as the Federal highways B 80 and B 86 and the railway lines Halle-Nordhausen-Kassel and Erfurt-Magdeburg intersect here.
